Know Your Price Before You Talk to Anyone

Most web design quotes start with a sales call — you describe what you want, wait for a proposal, then find out the price days later. WPOptimizers publishes its actual pricing instead, so this calculator gives you a real number in the time it takes to answer three questions.

There’s no negotiation built into the price, because there’s nothing to negotiate — the same four packages and the same prices apply to every customer.

How the Quote Calculator Works

Getting a real price takes three steps, and nothing here requires a phone call or an email exchange first.

What Actually Determines Your Website’s Price?

Two things move the price on this calculator: how many pages your site needs, and whether you’re selling products online.

Page count scales the price because it scales the work — more pages means more on-page SEO setup, more content structure, and more time in the build. WooCommerce readiness is only included starting at the Premium package, since an online store needs product page templates, cart and checkout setup, and additional testing a simple brochure site doesn’t.

Everything else — SSL setup, an XML sitemap, and on-page SEO — is included at every tier, starting from the Starter package.

Who This Calculator Is Built For

Small and Local Businesses

A business that needs a clean, credible site — home, services, about, contact — without paying for features it won’t use. The Starter and Standard packages are built for exactly this.

Online Stores

Any business planning to sell products directly through its site needs the Premium package, which is the only tier built with WooCommerce readiness from the start.

Agencies and Freelancers

WPOptimizers also offers white-label WordPress services under NDA, where the end client never knows WPOptimizers was involved — useful for agencies that need overflow capacity without hiring.

Existing Sites Needing a Rebuild

A site with a growing service list, an outdated design, or new ecommerce plans often outgrows its original package — the calculator works the same way whether it’s a first site or a replacement.

How to Pick the Right Package

  • Count your core pages first, not your ideal pages. Home, About, Services, and Contact cover most small businesses — extra pages can always be added later.
  • Decide on ecommerce now, not after launch. Adding WooCommerce to a site that wasn’t built for it later usually costs more than starting with the Premium package.
  • Factor in ongoing costs, not just the build. A $49/month maintenance plan is a small addition compared to the cost of an unmaintained site breaking later.
  • If you’re near a page-count boundary, round up. A site that might grow to 6 pages fits more comfortably in the Standard tier’s 5 than the Starter tier’s 3.
  • Use the custom quote path honestly. A site genuinely needing 15+ pages or complex functionality gets a more accurate price from a real conversation than a forced fit into Premium.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the price shown here final, or does it change after a call?

For the four standard packages, the price shown is the actual published price — it doesn’t change based on a sales conversation. Only projects that fall outside the four packages (15+ pages, custom functionality) are quoted individually.

What if I need more pages after my site launches?

Additional pages can be added after launch; that work is quoted separately from the original package price, since it falls outside the fixed scope you initially selected.

Does the package price include hosting?

The website packages cover the build itself. Managed hosting is available as a separate, ongoing service alongside the optional maintenance plan.

Can I upgrade from a smaller package later?

Yes — a site can move from Starter to a higher tier later, though it’s usually more efficient to start with the package that matches your actual near-term needs.

What does “WooCommerce ready” actually include?

The Premium package includes the setup needed to sell products — product page templates, cart and checkout configuration, and the on-page SEO extended across a full 15-page site.

Do you offer white-label pricing for agencies?

Yes — WPOptimizers offers white-label WordPress services for agencies and freelancers under NDA, where the end client doesn’t know WPOptimizers was involved. This is quoted separately from the calculator above.

This calculator reflects WPOptimizers’ actual published pricing. Final scope is always confirmed on a free consultation before any work begins.
