Changelog

We’re excited to announce the release of WPOptimizers Image Optimizer Lite v1.0.2! This update brings important bug fixes, improvements, and a brand-new feature that makes it even easier to track your image optimization progress.

Fixes in v1.0.2

  • Bulk Optimization Status Issue Fixed: Previously, some users noticed that even after bulk optimization reached 100%, the Media Library still showed images as needing optimization after a refresh. We’ve resolved this issue so that your optimized images now save their status correctly.
  • New Uploads Always Marked Optimized – Fixed: A bug caused newly uploaded images to appear as already optimized, even when they weren’t. This is now fixed, and the plugin accurately shows whether an image is optimized or not.

New Features

  • Optimization Badge in Media Library
You can now see at a glance whether your images are optimized or not with a new Optimization Status column in the Media Library. It shows:
    • Optimized (with percentage savings)
    • Not Optimized

This makes it super easy to monitor image performance without leaving your Media Library.

Improvements

  • Enhanced plugin stability
  • Better performance while handling bulk optimization
  • Cleaner reporting and status updates

Why Update to v1.0.2?

This update ensures that your Media Library reflects the true optimization status of your images, removes confusing bugs, and gives you a quick way to track savings with the new badge feature.

Keeping your plugin updated means smoother performance and better-optimized images for a faster WordPress website.
